Group Discounts
SAVE MORE WHEN YOU ATTEND AS A TEAM!

Attending as a group not only unlocks additional savings,
but also allows your team to explore even more by working together.
The larger your group, the bigger your savings.
- Register 3-5 people and save $100/per person
- Register 6-9 people and save $200/per person
- Register 10+ and save $300/per person
Group registration discounts are automatically applied when all team members register together.
After the first registration is complete, choose the option to add additional registrations.
Note that One-Day Only badges are not part of the group discount program; they are not counted toward the group total, nor are they eligible for discounts.
CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTIONS
Registrations may be transferred to any other person employed by the same company at no cost.
The following fees will apply to canceled registrations:
- If cancellation is received by March 14, 2025, a cancellation fee of $100 will be charged.
- If cancellation is received by April 7, 2025, a cancellation fee of 50% of your registration fee will be charged.
- No registration fees will be refunded if cancellation is received after April 7, 2025.
- Fees paid for Signature Service Hotel accommodations and ground transportation will be refunded in full if received at least three days prior to your expected arrival date. Cancellations received within three days of your booked arrival date will incur a fee of $279 for the hotel and ground transportation portion of your registration. Cancellation fees for the conference portion of your registration apply as stated above.
All refunds will be issued to the credit card used during your registration within two days of your confirmed cancellation.
