Anyone who is part of a TUG Network — or wants to join one! It’s one of the most powerful peer-learning opportunities of the week.
Monday and Tuesday - Breakfast, Lunch, two refreshment breaks, and a Happy Hour with appetizers and a full bar (with full spirit and spirit-free adult beverages)
Wednesday - Breakfast, Lunch, two refreshment breaks, and the Penultimate Night Dinner Reception
Thursday - Breakfast and a morning refreshment break. For those attending TUG CONNECTS TECH - Lunch will also be served.
Friday - For those attending TUG CONNECTS TECH, Breakfast and a morning refreshment break.
The dress code for TUG CONNECTS 2025 is business casual. Comfortable shoes are recommended — you’ll be doing lots of walking! Layers are also recommended, as meeting spaces tend to be chilly.
This year’s theme is fusion at TUG CONNECTS 2025 – blending innovation, collaboration, and transformation across the Infor user community.

📍 2. Look for the First-Timer Welcome Tables at Breakfast and Lunch
Look for the tables with Guides and First Timers signage. Join in and say hi, ask questions, get to know other first-timers and sage veteran TUG leaders who look forward to helping you get your bearings.
🗺️ 3. Preview the Venue Layout
The JW Marriott Austin is a large venue with multiple levels of activity. Use the maps in the app to get familiar with key areas like the Solutions Center (3rd floor), General Session room (4th floor), Meals (2nd Floor) and Breakout Rooms (All three floors)
🌐 4. Do NOT Miss Network Meeting Day!
On Monday, April 14, you’ll meet people from your TUG Network Group (Purchasing, Finance, IT, etc.). This is where lifelong connections and problem-solving begin. Open to all!

Evening events are not just fun — they’re a great way to meet other users, partners, and speakers in a relaxed environment. Be sure to check the app for times and locations!

Located in the 3rd Floor Foyer, the Headshot Lounge is the perfect place to update your professional photo — free for all attendees! (With an opportunity to donate to the Genny White Fundraiser for the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research)
