    TUG CONNECTS is the premier annual conference hosted by TheUserGroup.org — bringing together users of Infor’s CloudSuite Distribution (CSD) and CSD Enterprise (SX.e) to learn, share, and connect.


    Held over several days, the event features:

  • 📍 Where and when is TUG CONNECTS 2025?

    TUG CONNECTS 2025 will be held April 14–17; 

    TUG CONNECT TECH will be held April 17-18  at the JW Marriott Austin in Austin, Texas. 110 E 2nd St, Austin, TX 78701

  • 🗝️ Who are this year's Keynote Speakers?

    On Tuesday, April 15th - Jason Dorsey

    A pioneering researcher, Jason has led more than 150 research studies to solve the generational divide for the biggest brands, trade associations, and global leaders. He’s helped major brands go from last to first in employee retention, inspired the rebuilding of trust and communication in challenging cultures, and ignited sales growth for both legacy and upstart brands in massively crowded markets. Jason’s research has uncovered that most business problems are actually generational problems.

  • 🌐 What is Network Meeting Day at TUG CONNECTS 2025?

    Network Meeting Day is your opportunity to connect in-person with other users in your TUG Network Group — whether that’s Purchasing, IT, Finance, Inventory Management, or another specialized focus area.


    This full day is dedicated to peer-to-peer sharing, ERP best practices, pain points, and lessons learned — all with people who work in similar roles and use the same Infor solutions.


    📅 When is Network Meeting Day?

    Monday, April 14, 2025. Check the schedule in the TUG CONNECTS app for your specific network’s meeting time and room assignment.


    🧠 What happens during the meetings?

    • Group discussions and user-led conversations
    • Voting on hot topics and future goals
    • Deep dives into functional workflows, industry challenges, and Infor ERP solutions
    • Opportunities to collaborate on future session ideas and enhancements

    🌟 Who should attend?

    Anyone who is part of a TUG Network — or wants to join one! It’s one of the most powerful peer-learning opportunities of the week.

  • 🍽️ What meals are included?

    Monday and Tuesday - Breakfast, Lunch, two refreshment breaks, and a Happy Hour with appetizers and a full bar (with full spirit and spirit-free adult beverages)

    Wednesday - Breakfast, Lunch, two refreshment breaks, and the Penultimate Night Dinner Reception

    Thursday - Breakfast and a morning refreshment  break. For those attending TUG CONNECTS TECH - Lunch will also be served.

    Friday - For those attending TUG CONNECTS TECH, Breakfast and a morning refreshment break.

  • 👕 What is the dress code?

    The dress code for TUG CONNECTS 2025 is business casual. Comfortable shoes are recommended — you’ll be doing lots of walking! Layers are also recommended, as meeting spaces tend to be chilly.

  • 💡 What is the theme of TUG CONNECTS 2025?

    This year’s theme is fusion at TUG CONNECTS 2025 – blending innovation, collaboration, and transformation across the Infor user community.

    We’re so glad you’re joining the TUG community at TUG CONNECTS 2025. Here are a few helpful hints to make the most of your experience:


    📱 1. Download the TUG CONNECTS App

    It’s your personalized guide to the event! Build your schedule, explore sessions, receive real-time updates, and connect with fellow attendees. Available in the App Store and Google Play — search for Pheedloop and  TUG CONNECTS 


    📍 2. Look for the First-Timer Welcome Tables at Breakfast and Lunch

    Look for the tables with Guides and First Timers signage. Join in and say hi, ask questions, get to know other first-timers and sage veteran TUG leaders who look forward to helping you get your bearings.


    🗺️ 3. Preview the Venue Layout

    The JW Marriott Austin is a large venue with multiple levels of activity. Use the maps in the app to get familiar with key areas like the Solutions Center (3rd floor), General Session room (4th floor), Meals (2nd Floor) and Breakout Rooms (All three floors)


    🌐 4. Do NOT Miss Network Meeting Day!

    On Monday, April 14, you’ll meet people from your TUG Network Group (Purchasing, Finance, IT, etc.). This is where lifelong connections and problem-solving begin. Open to all!


    🤝 5. Attend the Networking Events

    Evening events are not just fun — they’re a great way to meet other users, partners, and speakers in a relaxed environment. Be sure to check the app for times and locations!


    📸 6. Visit the Headshot Lounge

    Located in the 3rd Floor Foyer, the Headshot Lounge is the perfect place to update your professional photo — free for all attendees! (With an opportunity to donate to the Genny White Fundraiser for the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research)


    💬 7. Ask Questions — People Want to Help

    Look for anyone with a TUG Board, Speaker, or Network Leader badge ribbon. They're here to help you have a great experience. Don’t hesitate to introduce yourself!

    Giddy up for the biggest party of the week!

    The Penultimate Night Event at TUG CONNECTS 2025 is an unforgettable evening of entertainment, networking, and pure fun — all under this year's theme Urban Cowboy. 🌆🤠


    This multi-level experience takes over one incredible three-story venue in downtown Austin. Dinner, Dancing, a Poker Tournament and, of course, a Mechanical Bull!
